Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Oliver Tambo Hall, Cape Town,  taking place on 15/09/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-Western Cape Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xayvion Sowah (11(1) - 0) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Oscar Viljoen(15(1) - 1) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Both Sowah and Viljoen weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Laken Ako, and the three ringside judges are Rob Ndombe, Luvolwethu Nyatama and Kasi Hlatshwayo.
