Gao Tsao vs Tabari Nkwinti

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Yokohama Arena, Yokohama,  taking place on 10/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Intercontinental Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are General Gao Tsao (15(7) - 3) who hails from Chengdu, China and Tabari Nkwinti(18(5) - 3 - 4) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Tsao and Nkwinti weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Keiichi Okuda, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Hatanaka, Hajime Morita and Ryo Hagiwara.

As Tsao tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nkwinti dabs at his face checking for damage.  Nkwinti has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Nkwinti closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Nkwinti.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the right eye.
