Jonathan Akafia vs Dele Senanu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Accra Aziz, Accra,  taking place on 10/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jonathan Akafia (6 - 10 - 7) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Dele Senanu(12 - 8 - 3) from Accra, Ghana.  Akafia weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Senanu weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shevon Adusei, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Kwei, Roshaun Adu and Felix Kasanbata.
