Aarne Lankinen vs Armas Ylikangas

Boxing Daily Report from the Wekinky Promotions promoted show at Energia Areena, Vantaa,  taking place on 15/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Finland-Uusimaa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MTV Sport 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aarne Lankinen (17(5) - 0) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Armas Ylikangas(15 - 3 - 2) from Espoo, Finland.  Lankinen weighed in at 246 pounds, while Ylikangas weighed in at 239 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rami Kivimaki, and the three ringside judges are Aleksi Paatalo, Reima Peura and Kaapro Kuusi.
