Vermont Ellong vs Alexandre Boffrand

Boxing Daily Report from the Ossyan Promotions promoted show at Douala Mboua, Douala,  taking place on 14/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cameroon-Littoral Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CRTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vermont Ellong (15(3) - 3) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Alexandre Boffrand(17(2) - 2 - 1) from Douala, Cameroon.  Ellong weighed in at 147 pounds, while Boffrand weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Frasier Ndjeng, and the three ringside judges are Ames Feudjio, Courvoisier Biya and Acelin Lombe.
