Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo promoted show at Santo Domingo Oeste Capella, Santo Domingo Oeste,  taking place on 17/08/2026:

Clearly AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jaguar Benito (5 - 2 - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Rafael Puentes(6 - 7 - 2) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Benito weighed in at 154 pounds, while Puentes weighed in at 153 pounds and 10 ounces.
