Obaid Atwah vs Mohsin Gerges

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Alexandria promoted show at Egypt-Alexandria Gym, Alexandria,  taking place on 14/09/2026:

Clearly AI Egypt-Alexandria have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Atwah (5 - 9 - 3) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Mohsin Gerges(7 - 7 - 3) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Both Atwah and Gerges weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Saadauri, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Eldegheidy, Amer Qazi and Kamran Nasri.
