Edward Lwiindi vs Bart Kahata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Lusaka promoted show at Lusaka Hangombe, Lusaka,  taking place on 15/09/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern African Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edward Lwiindi (14(1) - 1 - 1) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Bart Kahata(13 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Lwiindi and Kahata weighed in at 118 pounds.
