Kai Roberts vs Adam Willie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Kieran Smolak Gym, Joliet,  taking place on 18/08/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kai Roberts (7 - 2 - 5) who hails from Chicago, USA and Adam Willie(14 - 4 - 4) from Chicago, USA.  Both Roberts and Willie weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rex McNiven, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Hetrick, Inigo Gillies and Dave Maddox.
