Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at Sports City Gym, San Jose,  taking place on 16/09/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Onofre Salido (9 - 1(1) - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Seferino Loyola(4(1) - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Salido and Loyola weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neron Munoz, and the three ringside judges are Luis Seta, Diego Vegas and Ivan Rada.
