Kaapro Polon vs Nikolai Eerikainen

Boxing Daily Report from the Folotiya Promotions promoted show at Iivari Moilanen Gym, Helsinki,  taking place on 19/08/2026:

Clearly Folotiya Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kaapro Polon (7 - 2 - 2) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Nikolai Eerikainen(7 - 11 - 3) from Helsinki, Finland.  Both Polon and Eerikainen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Erkki Hattonen, and the three ringside judges are Joonas Kivikoski, Reima Peura and Kalle Kiljunen.  

Round 1: 

Eerikainen closes the distance and attempts to land a right uppercut, but Polon blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
