Henry Donkin vs John Platini

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Louisiana promoted show at Lafayette Saglia, Lafayette,  taking place on 17/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Henry Donkin (7 - 3) who hails from New Orleans, USA and John Platini(5 - 0) from Lafayette, USA.  Donkin weighed in at 160 pounds, while Platini weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Salton, and the three ringside judges are Alen Pritchard, Mark Gilchrist and Zach Hannah.
