Haaris Soliman vs Ashok Tanwar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Hrithik Navale Gym, Mumbai,  taking place on 22/08/2026:

Clearly AI India-Maharashtra have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Soliman (8 - 9 - 4) who hails from Nagpur, India and Ashok Tanwar(12 - 11 - 3) from Pune, India.  Both Soliman and Tanwar weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pritish Chawla, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Diab, Kishore Dadwal and Siddharth Mangal.
