Adnan Rasheed vs Harendra Verma

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Rohit Kandari Gym, Lucknow,  taking place on 22/08/2026:

Clearly AI India-Uttar Pradesh have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adnan Rasheed (9 - 5 - 2) who hails from Kanpur, India and Harendra Verma(9 - 6 - 4) from Lucknow, India.  Both Rasheed and Verma weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akbar Goel, and the three ringside judges are Abhay Beharry, Ananth Agate and Mahinder Bhunder.
