Aftab Nasr vs Azam Noon

Boxing Daily Report from the Boye Promotions promoted show at Mbun Gym, Mashhad,  taking place on 22/08/2026:

Clearly Boye Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aftab Nasr (11(1) - 4) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Azam Noon(10 - 9) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Nasr and Noon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Zaki, and the three ringside judges are Atif Bangura, Saad Miah and Tariq Mousa.  

Round 1: 

Nasr lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.
