Santoso Darmokusumo vs Wijaya Ismail

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Indonesia-Riau Islands promoted show at Kartanegara Kartini Gym, Batam,  taking place on 21/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Indonesia-Riau Islands Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santoso Darmokusumo (10 - 6 - 4) who hails from Tanjung Pinang, Indonesia and Wijaya Ismail(5 - 7 - 5) from Batam, Indonesia.  Both Darmokusumo and Ismail weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dennys Canggih, and the three ringside judges are Tjipto Sugiono, Ken-dedes Agamal and Tjipto Sugiono.
