Kenji Doi vs Kaede Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 26/09/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kenji Doi (14 - 3) who hails from Shizuoka, Japan and Kaede Okabe(9 - 9(1)) from Asahikawa, Japan.  Both Doi and Okabe weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Tsukamoto, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Ide, Ichiro Tsukamoto and Takeo Taira.
