Chris McRorie vs Hayden Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at London Wynne, London,  taking place on 22/09/2026:

Clearly Jon Crosby have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Southern England Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris McRorie (8 - 11(2) - 3) who hails from London, UK and Hayden Penrose(18 - 6(1) - 2) from London, UK.  McRorie weighed in at 107 pounds And 9 ounces, while Penrose weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Ingraham, and the three ringside judges are Peter Arras, Gary Rheon and James Antonelli.  

Round 1: 

Penrose is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
McRorie attempts to land a right hook, but Penrose slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
