Colin Molpus vs Floyd Pitcairn

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at USA-Alabama Gym, Birmingham,  taking place on 25/08/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Alabama have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Colin Molpus (10 - 2) who hails from Birmingham, USA and Floyd Pitcairn(6 - 8(1) - 1) from Tuscaloosa, USA.  Both Molpus and Pitcairn weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Denney, and the three ringside judges are Mark Bringhurst, Mark Hush and Seth Livingston.  

Round 1: 

Pitcairn advances into close range.  Molpus sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Pitcairn tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
