Hisao Amari vs Akira Nakamura

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 19/09/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hisao Amari (16(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Ichinomiya, Japan and Akira Nakamura(16 - 2(1)) from Hachioji, Japan.  Both Amari and Nakamura weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisao Hatanaka, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Kuno, Goro Oyama and Kyo Arima.  

Round 1: 

Amari is on target with a cross.
