Santiago Onate vs Dimos Alderete

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Sud, Rosario,  taking place on 04/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Onate (12 - 0) who hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina and Dimos Alderete(6 - 7 - 5 - 1(NC)) from Bahía Blanca, Argentina.  Onate weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces, while Alderete weighed in at 111 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leonardo Masias, and the three ringside judges are Ora Valiente, Franco Cevallos and Cortez Pio.
