Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Event City, Manchester,  taking place on 12/09/2026:

Clearly Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Tobias Nelson (11 - 0) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Steven Jones(14 - 9(1) - 2) from Leicester, UK.  Nelson weighed in at 238 pounds And 2 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 245 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Beretta, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Litts, Arran Roose and Colin Bowen.  

Round 1:
