Jay Ambani vs David Kemai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Ruiru Msolla, Ruiru,  taking place on 26/09/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Ambani (11 - 11(2) - 2) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and David Kemai(9 - 0) from Kikuyu, Kenya.  Both Ambani and Kemai weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adam Aggett, and the three ringside judges are Max Arita, Jay Karanja and Ian Nanji.
