Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Osun State promoted show at Ife Haq, Ife,  taking place on 26/09/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kunle Anubi (17(2) - 0) who hails from Ilesa, Nigeria and Thompson Ebute(15(1) - 4(1)) from Warri, Nigeria.  Anubi weighed in at 175 pounds, while Ebute weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Izunna Adamu, and the three ringside judges are Haider Zahra, Brown Prest and Mudashiru Ebor.
