Desiderio Manzanares vs Guillermo Sarabia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Misamis Oriental promoted show at Juan Palapal Gym, Cagayan de Oro,  taking place on 28/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Misamis Oriental Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Desiderio Manzanares (6 - 2) who hails from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and Guillermo Sarabia(15 - 5 - 4) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Manzanares weighed in at 122 pounds, while Sarabia weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Marjun Baylon, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Sibug, Carlos Palaganas and Gonzalo Alikpala.
