David Barmore vs James Waddell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Ohio promoted show at Floyd Bendt Gym, Cleveland,  taking place on 02/09/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Ohio have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Barmore (11 - 4) who hails from Columbus, USA and James Waddell(4 - 8 - 2) from Columbus, USA.  Both Barmore and Waddell weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Hintz, and the three ringside judges are Spencer Tighe, Clinton Hintz and Daniel Bigner.  

Round 1: 

Barmore closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Waddell quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Barmore connects with a cross.
