Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Pune Parikh, Pune,  taking place on 29/09/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Irfan Tahan (19 - 6 - 3) who hails from Mumbai, India and Vishal Bidhuri(9 - 8 - 4) from Hyderabad, India.  Both Tahan and Bidhuri weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lochan Vijay, and the three ringside judges are Gopal Shokeen, Ashoka Pathak and Gopal Shokeen.
