Berkant Pakalin vs Eser Boyaci

Boxing Daily Report from the Panyaglo Promotions promoted show at Can Gokdemir Gym, Bursa,  taking place on 01/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Bursa Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Berkant Pakalin (12 - 6 - 5) who hails from Bursa, Turkey and Eser Boyaci(17 - 2) from Bursa, Turkey.  Both Pakalin and Boyaci weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Savas Erol, and the three ringside judges are Ata Atalar, Doruk Melen and Ahmet Sandalli.  

Round 1: 

Boyaci drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Pakalin steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Boyaci dodges the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Boyaci closes the distance and forces Pakalin to back into the corner.  Boyaci lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Boyaci steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Boyaci digs in a solid right hook to Pakalin's body.  
Boyaci gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Boyaci is on target with a right hook.  
Boyaci lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Boyaci holds on to his opponent.  Boyaci uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Pakalin behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Boyaci drives a sharp left hook into Pakalin's ribs.  
Boyaci gets on the inside.  Pakalin throws a right hook, but Boyaci clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Boyaci pushes his forearm into Pakalin's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Boyaci about fouling.  
Boyaci manages to force Pakalin onto the ropes.  Boyaci hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pakalin's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Pakalin's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Pakalin's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
