Oscar Wightman vs David Higgins

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Missouri promoted show at Municipal Auditorium Little Theatre, Kansas City,  taking place on 04/10/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Missouri have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Mid West Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar Wightman (15 - 3(1)) who hails from Wichita, USA and David Higgins(7 - 0) from St. Louis, USA.  Both Wightman and Higgins weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Callum Johansen, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Dall, Mick Bihl and Phil Ekberg.
