Imran Ben vs Ahmed Nasir

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Federal Territory promoted show at KLCC Banquet Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 03/10/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Imran Ben (15(1) - 5) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Ahmed Nasir(14 - 3 - 2) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Ben and Nasir weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Azam, and the three ringside judges are Saad Zogby, Syed Kamel and Gazi Sinai.  

Round 1: 

Nasir tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a jab, but Ben sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ben closes the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.

Ben is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Ben drives a telling right hook into his opponents ribs.  NASIR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Ben!
