Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Manta Regalado, Manta,  taking place on 09/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ecuador-Manabi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Mezo (8 - 2 - 1) who hails from Portoviejo, Ecuador and Edmundo Vizcaino(20(2) - 1) from Manta, Ecuador.  Both Mezo and Vizcaino weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cris Victoria, and the three ringside judges are Rio Contrera, Alejandro Cruz and Xaver Barbo.
