Chris Flanagan vs John Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Duke Energy Convention Center, Cincinnati,  taking place on 09/10/2026:

Clearly Hands Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Flanagan (8 - 0 - 2) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and John Penrose(8 - 11(1) - 3) from New York City, USA.  Both Flanagan and Penrose weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kumler, and the three ringside judges are Mark Cato, Wayne Cleary and Bruce Beddoe.
