Edmundo Cepero vs Vidal Tafoya

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-Santa Cruz promoted show at Santa Cruz de la Sie Maddry, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 14/09/2026:

Clearly AI Bolivia-Santa Cruz have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-Santa Cruz Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Cepero (8 - 6 - 1) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Vidal Tafoya(9 - 3) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.  Both Cepero and Tafoya weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montego Damian, and the three ringside judges are Juan Rosero, Alejandro Rosero and Onofre Aparicio.
