Diego Pelayo vs Alejandro Velazco

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Buenos Aires promoted show at Buenos Aires Montera, Buenos Aires,  taking place on 12/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina-Buenos Aires Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Pelayo (6 - 3 - 2) who hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina and Alejandro Velazco(10 - 11 - 4) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Pelayo weighed in at 244 pounds and 12 ounces, while Velazco weighed in at 245 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ramiro Cruz, and the three ringside judges are Quito Alverez, Quinto Salomon and Rodrigo Jaimez.

Velazco gets on the inside and forces Pelayo to back into the corner.  Pelayo connects with a left uppercut.  
Pelayo pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Velazco manouvers Pelayo into the corner.  Velazco tries to land a cross, but Pelayo blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Velazco is on target with a right hook.
