Alejandro Alamo vs Nemesio Asencio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Córdoba promoted show at Dimos Monsanto Gym, Córdoba,  taking place on 14/10/2026:

Clearly AI Argentina-Córdoba have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Córdoba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Alamo (9 - 13 - 5) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Nemesio Asencio(7 - 12 - 7) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Alamo and Asencio weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rogelio Mosqueda, and the three ringside judges are Rafael Labrada, Lisandro Bracero and Cortez Prospero.
