Matthew Erhenede vs Dele Ezeikpe

Boxing Daily Report from the Frimpong Promotions promoted show at Thornberry Juanita Hotel, Port Harcourt,  taking place on 24/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nigeria-Kano State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew Erhenede (13 - 7 - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Dele Ezeikpe(7 - 3 - 2) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Erhenede and Ezeikpe weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Julius Euba, and the three ringside judges are Etebo Obisesan, Ogenyi Odibe and Jay-Jay Mbanefo.
