Genjo Shi vs Sammy Nedley

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at University of the Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 03/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Genjo Shi (4 - 0) who hails from Nanyang, China and Sammy Nedley(6 - 11 - 2) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Both Shi and Nedley weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Deasmhumhain, and the three ringside judges are Francesco Ghiglia, Ian Norris and John Wark.
