Vikenti Witko vs Kir Kovalik

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belarus-Central promoted show at Minsk Popko, Minsk,  taking place on 15/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Beltelecom, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vikenti Witko (11 - 10(1) - 4) who hails from Minsk, Belarus and Kir Kovalik(6 - 13 - 2) from Minsk, Belarus.  Both Witko and Kovalik weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedar Bondarenko, and the three ringside judges are Vasyl Mazur, Yakiv Olesky and Oleksander Filipovich.  

Round 1: 

Kovalik is on target with a left hook.
