Vicente Calleja vs Berto Ector

Boxing Daily Report from the Jigarkhanian Promotions promoted show at Leon Bohorquez, Leon,  taking place on 28/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guanajuato Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Calleja (7 - 1) who hails from Celaya, Mexico and Berto Ector(8 - 2 - 1) from Leon, Mexico.  Both Calleja and Ector weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Gusman, and the three ringside judges are Diego Principe, Carlos Camara and Aimon Ortiz.  

Round 1: 

Ector tries to land a left hook, but Calleja blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
