Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Alberta promoted show at Calgary Sand, Calgary,  taking place on 16/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Dobson (13 - 2 - 2) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Edward Dysart(15 - 1) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Dobson and Dysart weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Methvin, and the three ringside judges are Theo Kimmons, Amon Adie and Chris Crear.
