Oscar Hunua vs Kenji Miura

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 14/11/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight are the IRBF Super Welterweight and WRBO Super Welterweight titles.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oscar Toa Hunua (27(23) - 0) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Kenji Miura(19(10) - 0) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Hunua and Miura weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Culp, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Craigen, Charlie Cacciari and Ian Rabb.
