Javier Laguna vs Vicente Silvestre

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at IES Ramon Pignatelli, Zaragoza,  taking place on 19/10/2026:

Clearly Pearlnew Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Javier Laguna (1 - 0) who hails from Salamanca, Spain and Vicente Silvestre(2 - 18(1) - 3) from Malaga, Spain.  Both Laguna and Silvestre weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Cacho, and the three ringside judges are Jeraldo Peralez, Pedro Roque and Fresco Terrones.  

Round 1: 

Laguna gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Laguna closes the distance.  Laguna pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.

The referee breaks the clinch and warns Silvestre to stop fouling.
