Diego Bartolome vs Esteban Martel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Portoviejo Hermosillo, Portoviejo,  taking place on 18/10/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Bartolome (10 - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Cuenco, Ecuador and Esteban Martel(11 - 8 - 5) from Manta, Ecuador.  Bartolome weighed in at 239 pounds and 11 ounces, while Martel weighed in at 242 pounds and 4 ounces.
