Montrose Herard vs Euan Hesson

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Travelodge Ottawa Hotel, Ottawa,  taking place on 07/12/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montrose Herard (19 - 0) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Euan Hesson(14 - 10 - 4) from Ottawa, Canada.  Both Herard and Hesson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Clasby, and the three ringside judges are Leo Gaddie, Dave Mollison and Stuart Gavin.  

Round 1:
