Juan Colorado vs Alejandro Tejada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Luis Jerez Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 25/09/2026:

Clearly AI Mexico-Jalisco have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Colorado (4 - 9 - 4) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Alejandro Tejada(12 - 13 - 3) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Colorado weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Tejada weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Mosso, and the three ringside judges are Kiki Calzadilla, Jeraldo Canada and Angel Chavera.
