Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Sapporo Imada, Sapporo,  taking place on 21/10/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Hokkaido have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Kenji Namba (7 - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Michi Tamura(0 - 5 - 3) from Kakogawa, Japan.  Both Namba and Tamura weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Hara, and the three ringside judges are Goro Mori, Aki Mizuno and Isamu Hara.
