Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Asahikawa Sando, Asahikawa,  taking place on 25/10/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hokkaido Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hisoka Niwa (16 - 2(2)) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Ichiro Oshima(9 - 0) from Sapporo, Japan.  Niwa weighed in at 122 pounds, while Oshima weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kyo Minami, and the three ringside judges are Yutaka Omura, Michi Kaneko and Daichi Hirayama.
