Fanuco Yniguez vs Joaquin Tovar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Coca, Lima,  taking place on 28/09/2026:

Clearly AI Peru-Lima have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fanuco Yniguez (11 - 2) who hails from Lima, Peru and Joaquin Tovar(5 - 9(1) - 3) from Lima, Peru.  Both Yniguez and Tovar weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Quijas, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Aday, Saturnin Villena and Guido Lucido.
