Orji Gowon vs Sone Tella

Boxing Daily Report from the Frimpong Promotions promoted show at Azubuike Onibiyo Gym, Buguma,  taking place on 27/10/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Rivers State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Orji Gowon (10 - 1 - 2) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Sone Tella(6 - 9 - 3) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Both Gowon and Tella weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Izunna Abulu, and the three ringside judges are Nathaniel Ozolua, Bright Kuti and Prince Nwapa.  

Round 1:
