Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Waikato promoted show at Hamilton Hapimana, Hamilton,  taking place on 28/10/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Neil Pera (14 - 6 - 2) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Vincent Monroe(9 - 9 - 4) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Pera weighed in at 122 pounds, while Monroe weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Josh Methven, and the three ringside judges are David Clewis, Jake Ewart and Amon Reid.
